Water Out Tri-Cities puts their portable to work
Water Out Tri-Cities/ DeForrest Jones Inc. in Southern
California received its delivery on Wednesday, September 26th, and sent it
the next morning to an under construction multi-family condo project in Orange
County for a large home builder. This water loss was caused by second story
plumbing valve joint that was not connected. The complex drywall, plywood
shear panel assembles, and the small cubic feet of affected area was the perfect
opportunity to show our customer the fast drying capabilities of the Water
Out Portable unit. Cabinets and counter tops built against 2 layers of drywall
were dried with no removal. Thus, saving the Builder money, downtime and rebuilding
costs. Looking forward to using the Water Out Portable on many new projects.
Thanks Steve Jones, great job!

Water Out Tri Cities dries out Joshua Tree theater
Steven Jones of Water Out Tri Cities / DeForrest Jones Inc, having just received
their second Water Out®
trailer in mid-January, sent in some great photos this week of the trailer’s
first project since its arrival in California.
“We received our trailer and put it to work the very next week for 5
days working for another restoration
company in the hi-desert community of Joshua Tree, near Palm Springs. Having
seen our Water Out®
trailers at our office and having knowledge of the Water Out Drying System,
they requested our help in drying out a 100,000 cu ft theater / playhouse
building. Water Out Tri Cities / DeForrest Jones Inc sent two
trailers to the location and dried the building in just 5 days. We are looking
forward to our next job with the Water Out System and seeing the positive
response we receive upon completion of every job. Thanks to Water Out’s
convectant® drying technology.”
Thank you Steven, and everyone at Water Out Tri Cities, keep up the great
work.

Water Out Tri Cities handles first job with Water Out®
New Water Out® members Steven Jones and Water Out Tri Cities / DeForrest
Jones, Inc. of Corona, California, handled their first Water Out® job
last week. Steven reported; ‘We completed our first job for a new home
developer on a project in Murrieta, California. A new home had a leak in an
upstairs hall bathroom that ran overnight. The water flowed through the walls
and down through the tile floor and sub-floor causing drywall to fall in the
downstairs large master closet and affecting about 700 sq ft of floor space,
two bathrooms of cabinets, tile floors, and drywall. The developer’s
concern was how fast we could do it because the house was set to have the
carpet installed in two days and the homeowner walk through in seven.
At 3PM that same afternoon we were set up and running. Two days later at 6:00
AM (39 hours) we were dry and moving on to our next job, and the carpet installation
was able to take place on schedule. We tracked the progress of the job with
our infrared camera and gave the builder a complete record of the project
and job comparison at the end. The job comparison with the traditional methods
of cabinet, trim and drywall removal, equipment rental and extensive build
back showed we saved the developer $3700.00 and 4 days of delays. Thank you
to TJ from Water Out Drying Corp who helped with the onsite consultation after
a quick phone call.”
Great job, Steve, and everyone at Water Out Tri Cities. We look forward to
seeing many more newsletter appearances from you in the future.
